Photo Booth Equipment Support (Firefly, Convertible, Fly Thur, etc.):
Snapden can help answer any questions about the Firefly Photo Module, Convertible Photo Backdrop and the Fly Thru Photo Backdrops.
Our official tech support hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm MST and Saturdays 9am to 1pm MST. We will answer all emails and calls within 24 hours (likely much, much sooner).

- Photos of the issue (if emailing and available) – they are very helpful in troubleshooting at times

Photo Booth Software Support and Printer Support:
Snapden has partnered with Imaging Spectrum to provide our customers with outstanding technical support for all things photo booth software related, and photo printer related. Imaging Spectrum has a tech support department that handles tech support tickets during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.
